Why all the questions? The purpose of this form is to collect the minimum information we need to quote. On line quote requests are given priority and are the fastest way of obtaining a formal fixed cost quote*. We aim to do this within 5 working days of receipt of the request to quote, in most cases you will also be contacted by an experienced Certification Engineer to clarify any minor points and ensure we are providing what you need. All applicants need to fill in customer and product information so we know who you are and what your equipment is, however, if you would like to start the project with a design review (recommended) simply tick the boxes in that section and you are done! You are also very welcome to visit Epsilon for a technical meeting, where in most cases we can provide a fairly accurate estimate or fixed cost during a meeting. This Quote will be for a Design Review & Risk Assessment. Until a full list of hazards have been identified and compliance of the parts verified it a fixed cost can not be given for Certification.  |
